Pastor Lloyd L. Streeter has served as pastor of three Baptist churches in Michigan and Illinois. He pastored the First Baptist Church of LaSalle, Illinois, for 30 years, from 1977 until 2007. He led his congregation in founding LaSalle-Peru Christian School in 1978 which he operated successfully for 29 years.
Pastor Streeter grew up in Alcona County, Michigan. He received Christ as his personal Savior at age sixteen. He holds both university and seminary degrees. Several articles and pamphlets from his pen have been published. He is known for his expository preaching and for his uncompromising, separatist stand for the Word of God and for fundamental truth.
He and his wife, Karen, have been married for over forty years. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
The Streeters divide their time between their homes in both Michigan and Florida. They are members of Family Heritage Baptist Church in Harrisville, Michigan.
